Giants vs. Panthers score: Live updates, game stats, highlights for Week 2 NFC game

The New York Giants and Carolina Panthers have kicked off at MetLife Stadium on Sunday. Neither team is expected to be exceptional this year, with quarterbacks that have not shown consistency in the past.

The Giants shocked most everyone last week however, pulling out an underdog Week 1 win against the Tennessee Titans. In the 21-20 road win, running back Saquon Barkley was the star, with 18 carries for 164 yards and a touchdown.

The Panthers rushing defense struggled in Week 1, allowing 217 yards on the ground, the second most of the week. I expect a big game from Barkley again, with him exposing the run defense.

Carolina is coming off a disappointing 26-24 loss to quarterback Baker Mayfield’s old team, the Cleveland Browns.

Will the Giants advance to 2-0? Or will the Panthers even up their record. Stay tuned for update as all the action unfolds.
